General Description: Reload-able Artillery Shells come with one or more "tubes" or "mortars" and an assortment of shells.  One shell is fired from the tube at a time (MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW FIREWORKS PACKAGING DIRECTIONS!).  Each shell is launched anywhere form 60' to 160' into the air before a timed fuse detonates ("breaks") the shell, filling the sky with a particular effect.  The height and effect of the firework depends on the type of reload-able, with most products coming in an assortment of effects.
